My Story

Hi, I'm Michael Robertson. I've been in real estate for over 30 years and previously owned a nationwide appraisal company with 65 employees and flipping houses in the San Francisco Bay Area. I was looking for another opportunity, listening to podcasts about land, and took a few classes. I discovered that there's a niche I can pursue anywhere in the United States without needing to visit the property. I don't need much for it, not many employees, and I found that many sellers live out of state, have inherited the property, receive annual tax bills, have properties going to tax deed sales, and more, viewing their land as a liability.

I started building a network through social media, studied my market area, and came up with 13 niche lists that have given me success.

My Team

I have a small team: me, my wife, and our virtual assistant, Louise. We started working together a year ago and have been able to flip more land. She also plays a crucial role in finding solutions when our teammates get stuck.

What We Do
